I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor (CFNC). My mental health background lets me bridge the gap between biology and the brain in a way most nutrition work can't.

No. There is no universal protocol. Strategies are bio-individual — sometimes that means an elimination framework for a season, sometimes it means rebuilding trust with food through intuitive eating, and often it's somewhere in between.
Every pathway is different. Some clients work with me for a focused intake and a few follow-ups, while others choose ongoing clinical support over many months. We'll talk through what makes sense for you on the free strategy call.
